It all starts with the receipt of the product, that is, the receipt of the goods to be stored. At the warehouse docks, the material is unloaded from the vehicle and goes to the next cycle of the storage process, product conference. Once the conference is over, the following comes into play: palletizing. Organization is the key word at this stage, as grouping the boxes into a single load contributes to the rapid shipment of materials. Next comes the addressing in stock, where solutions are addressed with an important ally: technology!
Addressing must be agile and accurate, so that the fifth stage of the storage process is executed masterfully. After all, it is in storage that the operator checks whether the labels attached to the items are correct and whether there is compliance in the location indicated for storage.
Node picking, the work performed basically refers to issues such as the conservation status of the merchandise. In the packaging stage, which marks the final stage of the work, the materials can be taken to the production area, in the case of industries, or sent to be actually packaged.
Finally, in the expedition, the eighth and final stage of the storage process, the team has the mission of checking a series of important points: destination of the load, quantity of goods and document compliance.
