The Panvel Group has over 50 years of history, comprising the Panvel pharmacy chain, the Dimed medicine distributor and the Lifar pharmaceutical laboratory.
Much more than just the products supplied, Bertolini focused on developing an intelligent project that would benefit warehouse logistics by reducing costs, optimizing spaces, integrating sectors and reducing its client's operating time.
The project includes:
– The new Bertolini mezzanine, which allowed for better use of the available space in the DC, in addition to ensuring easy access to the flow rack structures and shelving;
– More than 7,200 pallet positions, on 9 height levels;
– 25 thousand Flow Rack positions, distributed on the first and second floors of the Bertolini mezzanine;
– Shelving on the first and second floors, providing easy access to more than 30 thousand items and prepared for future expansion of another floor.
All the studies carried out and the perfect composition of the project brought to the Panvel Group an excellent integration of storage systems, with automation and movement of materials, resulting in a much more agile separation of orders.
