Dimed Group
Composed of the pharmacy chain Panvel, the medicine distributor Dimed and the laboratory Lifar, the Dimed Group, headquartered in São José dos Pinhais, in Greater Curitiba, has over 50 years in the market. For this client, the Dimed team Bertolini developed an intelligent project with the purpose of benefiting warehouse logistics, through cost and operating time reduction, space optimization and sector integration.
The company thus delivered a new Mezzanine to the Dimed Group, which allowed the use of available space in the Distribution Center. In addition, the solution allowed easy access to the Flow Rack and Shelving structures.
In total, there are more than 7,200 pallet positions, in nine height levels, 25 thousand positions in Flow Rack, distributed on the first and second floors of the
Mezzanine Bertolini. Shelving on the first and second floors, with easy access to 30 thousand items and prepared for future expansion of more floors, complement the solution.
Electrical Store
Based in Belo Horizonte (MG), Loja Elétrica specializes in the distribution of electrical materials and, to distribute them efficiently to customers, relies on solutions from Bertolini for over a decade!
In its structure, the company has 21 pallet positions in Pallet Racks, 10 thousand positions in Light Shelving, Flow Racks, two Mezzanines and a modern solution in automation and movement of materials through conveyors developed by Bertolini. Especially with transporters, it was possible to reduce costs and operating time, as well as provide more agility to the services performed on a daily basis.
Orchid Food
One of the largest manufacturers of cookies, baking flours and cake mixes in Brazil, Tondo S/A – Orquídea Alimentos, produces its delicious treats in Bento Gonçalves (RS) and Caxias do Sul (RS). To distribute them, it has six Distribution Centers (DCs) in Garibaldi (RS), Porto Alegre (RS), Florianópolis (SC), Itajaí (SC), Curitiba (PR) and São Caetano do Sul (SP).
THE Bertolini developed different solutions for Tondo S/A. For the storage of finished products, a self-supporting building with stacker cranes and a useful ceiling height of 33.5 meters and 14 levels in height, with dimensions of 23.5 x 104m, was designed. This offers 11,424 positions with pallet weights of 1,200 KGF, with expansion planned for another seven thousand pallets.
In single-cycle operations, 130 full pallets are used per hour and, in double cycles, 65 empty pallets per hour. That is, 36,000 pallets per month. The project also includes 1,700 mm high pallets, with five stacker crane aisles for double depth. The warehouse can support the expansion of two more aisles.
F. Martins
F. Martins is a large logistics center located in Monte Carmelo, in the Triângulo Mineiro region. The modern and customized project developed by Bertolini the client presents the construction of a self-supporting building with the capacity to store more than three thousand items.
In its structure, the client has four thousand pallet positions in Drive In and six thousand pallet positions in conventional Pallet Racks that support loads of up to 1,200 kg, in six height levels. Agility, safety and versatility are some synonyms of this case.
